Camera Theater Jazz is a drop-in class Sarah developed with the goal of offering an accessible on-camera class from a theater dance perspective. It is an opportunity for students to gain confidence dancing for the camera. Sarah utilizes her professional experience working in television (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Physical, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade) and other on-camera projects such as web series and music videos, combined with her skills as a teacher and videographer, to create a safe space where theater jazz dancers can prepare themselves for professional on-camera work. Even though the class is still in the beginning stages of growth, Sarah has sold out multiple classes both independently and at Broadway Dance Center.

Each class begins with a short jazz-based warm up and culminates in learning a Theater Jazz combination that is then filmed individually. Students receive constructive, on-the-spot feedback that can be applied in the classroom, on set, and beyond.
