Sarah was born in Philadelphia, PA, where she spent most of her childhood in the pool as a competitive swimmer. She is a graduate of Skidmore College, from which she holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance, Psychology, and Arts Administration. She now resides in the best city in the world, New York City. Sarah is also a member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA.
Sarah's TV credits include Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, (chor. Marguerite Derricks), Apple TV's Physical (chor. Jennifer Hamilton), and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC (chor. Denis Jones, Rachel Leigh Dolan). Sarah also performed live at Maisel's Season 4 FYC Event and Season 5 Premiere Event (the viral "Pink Shoe Laces" performance). Other credits include Dune: Prophecy Experience, BCEFA events Broadway Bares and Red Bucket Follies, as well as regional productions of The Wedding Singer (Holly), Chicago (u/s Velma Kelly), The Little Mermaid, Flashdance, Saturday Night Fever, Jesus Christ Superstar, Elf: The Musical, Carousel, and Kiss Me, Kate.
As a choreographer, Sarah has presented work at several prestigious events and venues such as Ailey Citigroup Theater, Jazz Choreography Enterprises, New York Theatre Barn, Broadway Dance Center, Choreographers' Collective, and the National Museum of Dance. She has also worked as a creative in multiple capacities for recording artist Lagoona Bloo, including choreographing her opening set for the band Aqua at Irving Plaza, and the music video for her hit single Underwater Bubble Pop. She most recently ideated and co-produced Dancers Who Choreograph, a new choreography showcase with a mission of creating an affordable, accessible platform for up and coming choreographers. Sarah also prides herself on being a trusted assistant, and has had the opportunity to assist multiple choreographers and teachers in various capacities, including Marguerite Derricks, Rachel Leigh Dolan, Ricky Hinds, Lizz Picini, and Marjorie Failoni.
Sarah is currently on the faculty at Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, and Broadway Dance Center Children & Teens Program, and has taught at numerous other institutions and conventions around the country. She also curated her own popular on-camera class called Camera Theater Jazz. She is also a member of the National Dance Education Organization.
