Sarah was born in Philadelphia, PA, where she spent most of her childhood in the pool as a competitive swimmer. She is a graduate of Skidmore College, from which she holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance, Psychology, and Arts Administration. She now resides in the best city in the world, New York City. Sarah is also a member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA.


Sarah's TV credits include Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (chor. Marguerite Derricks), Apple TV's Physical  (chor. Jennifer Hamilton), and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC (chor. Denis Jones, Rachel Leigh Dolan). She also performed live at Maisel's Season 4 FYC Event and Season 5 Premiere Event (the viral "Pink Shoe Laces" performance). Other credits include Broadway Bares (dir/chor. Laya Barak, Kellen Stancil) and Red Bucket Follies (chor. Andrew Turtletaub), as well as regional productions of The Wedding Singer (Holly), Chicago (Mona, u/s Velma Kelly), The Little Mermaid (Arista), Flashdance, Saturday Night FeverJesus Christ SuperstarElf: The Musical, Carousel, and Kiss Me, Kate

In addition to her career as a performer, Sarah is also a teacher and choreographer. She is currently on the guest faculty at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway and has also curated her own popular on-camera class called Camera Theater Jazz. She is also a member of the National Dance Education Organization. As a choreographer, she has presented her own work all around NYC and most recently choreographed Lagoona Bloo's opening set for the band Aqua at Irving Plaza. Up next, she is choreographing a piece for the Dancers Who Choreograph Showcase on July 14th in NYC. Sarah also prides herself on being a trusted assistant, and has had the opportunity to assist multiple choreographers and teachers in various capacities, including Marguerite Derricks, Rachel Leigh Dolan, Ricky Hinds, Lizz Picini, and Marjorie Failoni.
