Sarah is originally from Merion, PA. She is a proud graduate of Skidmore College, from which she holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance, Psychology, and Arts Administration. She now resides in the best city in the world, New York City, where she is currently pursuing a career in kicking her face really hard and belting as loud as she can.
She is very grateful for the many opportunities she has had since moving to NYC. Some of her most valuable experiences include Flashdance (Palace Theatre NH), Saturday Night Fever and Jesus Christ Superstar (Arizona Broadway Theatre), playing Arista in The Little Mermaid (The Fireside Theatre), and Arts for Autism, a one night annual Broadway benefit concert at the Gershwin Theatre. Up next she will be playing the role of Mona and covering Velma Kelly in Chicago at Virginia Musical Theatre! After that, she will be headed down to Vero Beach, FL to begin her co-production contract at the Riverside Theatre and the Walnut Street Theatre, with whom she will be doing The Bodyguard this summer.
Sarah's hope is that 2020 will continue to bring her even more fulfilling opportunities. A few of her main goals for this year are to 1) sign with an agency, 2) get a callback for a Broadway show, and 3) present her own choreography here in NYC.
Some of her favorite things include pugs, holding down the alto line, and the roasted seaweed snacks from Trader Joe's. She also has a side hustle where she helps people make their dance reels look awesome. Check it out: Sarah Gets Reel. She is also very passionate about health and fitness and is currently working at both Switch Playground and Flywheel Sports while studying for her NASM - CPT exam!
