Sarah was born in Philadelphia, PA, where she spent most of her childhood in the pool as a competitive swimmer. She is a graduate of Skidmore College, from which she holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance, Psychology, and Arts Administration. She now resides in the best city in the world, New York City. Sarah is also a member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA.
Sarah has appeared as a Principal Dancer on seasons 4 and 5 of Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (chor. Marguerite Derricks). She also performed live at Maisel's Season 4 FYC Event for Emmy voters. Other credits include regional productions of The Wedding Singer (Holly), Chicago (Mona, u/s Velma Kelly), Flashdance, Saturday Night Fever, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Little Mermaid (Arista), Elf: The Musical, Carousel, and Kiss Me, Kate.
In addition to her career as a performer, Sarah is also a teacher and choreographer. She is currently on the guest faculty at the renowned Broadway Dance Center in New York City and has presented her own work in New York Theatre Barn's Choreography Lab, the Broadway Dance Center Performance Project, and the National Museum of Dance. Sarah also prides herself on being a trusted assistant, and has had the opportunity to assist multiple choreographers and teachers in various capacities, including Marguerite Derricks, Rachel Leigh Dolan, Ricky Hinds, Lizz Picini, Brandon Kelly, and Marjorie Failoni.
